Fantastic location, just a five-minute walk from Madison Square Garden. Great front-line staff. Room was clean and relatively spacious. Nice little touch to have ice cold water in the lobby along with free coffee that was surprisingly good. It’s a small thing but it makes you want to go back. Great to have a kitchen for the room.
The only negative was at the very end when we went to pick up our luggage we left behind before going to the airport. Only one person was working the front desk and there was a party of four to check in while the lineup was growing. Had to wait what felt like 10 minutes before I got to the front. Not the staffer’s fault. There was only one person. Surely there could be a second person in the back who can help out if that situation arises.
Aside from that, I would highly recommend.
