The total area of Ulkuvilla is 80 m2. There are bedrooms both on the ground floor (58 m2) and on the upper floor (22 m2), each equipped with double beds. The upper floor also features a TV/bedroom with a sofa bed for two. The villa accommodates up to six people. A bathroom with WC is located on the ground floor, while a separate WC is found on the upper floor. The sauna is elegantly designed and spacious. On the terrace, there`s hot tub with stunning views.
