Top Level: Great room with large flat-screen TV/DVD, ocean views and deck access, dining room seating 8, kitchen and a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and semi-private full bathroom (second door to living areas).

Extras: 5 TVs, 3 DVD players, parking for 4 cars, washer/dryer, high speed wireless internet, sun decks, enclosed outside shower, 6 ceiling fans and deck furniture. No Smoking or vaping. NO PETS. Linens and towels are NOT provided but can be rented for the week. Linen and towel rental will include sheets for all beds, 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and 1 bath mat for each shower or tub. Linens can be requested as early as time of booking. Weekly cost: $200.00 not including tax or bed making service.
