"Packed breakfast as organised as departure was 5am. Fire alarm came on just after midnight, and no advice was announced, to go back to sleep. A bit disturbing but too sleepy to climb down the fire stairs to find out if there was really a fire !"

The rooms are spacious with great city views, and the bed was extremely comfortable which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the swimming pool and gym, which were well maintained. The location is convenient, especially if you are attending events nearby or visiting the Bukit Jalil area. There are also shopping malls and restaurants within a short distance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend Hilton Bukit Jalil to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. I would happily stay here again in the future."
