"Excellent that the laundry room was free of charge for the residents but whem I was doing my laundry after 6 pm.; the laundry maid for the bed linen of the appartments was still there. The machine for the staff should be commercial or even be industrial machines. It seems to take her forever to try and dry the linens."

"The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. "I stayed here for one night at 2 twin 1 sofa bed. I really liked this facility, except one - sofa bed. Sofa bed was not good enough compared to other hotels. It squeaks too much, and support was not good. Even with this problem. I'll stay here again, if I come to Zurich again."

"They completely refurbished the interior so it is as good as new. Despite it is about 10 or 15 minutes away from the train station, the area is quite decent (guess Switzerland being Switzerland, things are very clean and orderly). The breakfast also has a lot of choices. We are going back to Switzerland next year and have already booked CitizenM again. So it just shows how much we like this hotel."

"Quite close to the airport and the metro trains so it's convinient. Tenants have access to do laundry as well (washing machine / dryer). Only drawback in my opinion is that tenants dont' have access to a microwave after hours so if you want to heat up your food, or buy one of the packaged dinners they sell onsite - you won't be able to heat it."
