Door key for the room did not work. After looking for a phone number I was able to contact a manager and get the replacement code. But not a pleasant experience when you arrived tired and you're suddenly confronted was no access to the room and a self-service no staff hotel. Otherwise everything was clean and very convenient to the airport.

The main benefit of this property is its proximity to the airport. The room was very basic, and there was a smell emanating from the bathroom, but that improved after I took a shower. It was early summer when I was staying, and I kept my window open, but there was a lot of banter between men outside on the street. There was no AC, as far as I could tell.

We received a code to check in. So there was no staff on site. These are individual apartments. No air-conditioning, which was already understood. However, the balconies are adjoining to the neighboring apartments, so if you open the windows and go to sleep, there really is no safety. It would be very easy for a neighbor to walk through the door or window. We were there during a heat wave, so it was mandatory to have windows open. As far as good review, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, and the neighborhood train station was an easy eight minute walk away.

The only thing really good about the property is it is close to the airport. It did not feel terribly clean. There were weeds growing up when you opened the door to the balcony.the shades were filthy dirty. The bathroom was clean, however. The comforter didn’t even fit on the bed -not big enough for two people to get under the comforter. There was no microwave. I would not stay here ever again and I don’t recommend it. And a lot of people are having difficulty getting in to the main door and figuring out the key code. So many other people were trying to help this poor man get in. there should be somebody on the property that actually works there that can help people. Not a good comfortable place. Don’t stay here.

We really love this place because it’s so clean! However, we noticed that there isn’t an electric kettle in the room. It would be wonderful if they could provide some tea, coffee, sugar, and a few cups for us to enjoy. Thank you!

Airport stay - just what we needed

It was a little hard getting in since you had a code. Just had to find pad - then it was easy. Didn't know where to park but was a large lot to the north and it worked ok. It was comfortable and bed was nice. If in Zurich again and leaving from airport this would work for me.

It was a 20 minute walk on hiking trails from the Service Center at Zurich airport where I securely store my checked bags overnight. Many travelers, locals and flight personnel using this walking route. Clean and safe area. Many kind local residents in this area. Lots of local restaurants. I had dinner next to a tree lined stream listening to birds at dinner at the facility. Highly recommended

Check in was a nightmare. Its self check in and requires a code which wasn’t sent by the hotel and we had trouble while entering. The room was clean and tidy except the room service entered the door without even knocking on properly.

The hotel was in a very loud area, the room was hot and stuffy and the window was over a very loud bar playing loud music all night. There was no airflow or fan. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are no amenities not even soap to wash your hands after the toilet which just made me worry about all the fecal matter that might be lurking around the hotel. The halls were dingy and the carpets were very dirty. Overall I would not stay here again and it was the worse hotel experience I have had in years. It would have been better and more restful and cheaper to just stay at the airport.
