We really love this place because it’s so clean! However, we noticed that there isn’t an electric kettle in the room. It would be wonderful if they could provide some tea, coffee, sugar, and a few cups for us to enjoy. Thank you!

The hotel was in a very loud area, the room was hot and stuffy and the window was over a very loud bar playing loud music all night. There was no airflow or fan. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. There are no amenities not even soap to wash your hands after the toilet which just made me worry about all the fecal matter that might be lurking around the hotel. The halls were dingy and the carpets were very dirty. Overall I would not stay here again and it was the worse hotel experience I have had in years. It would have been better and more restful and cheaper to just stay at the airport.

Very easy checking, very close to the bus station, 10 minutes bus ride to the airport. I would really recommend this accommodation due to closeness of the bus station and airport.

Airport stay - just what we needed

It was a little hard getting in since you had a code. Just had to find pad - then it was easy. Didn't know where to park but was a large lot to the north and it worked ok. It was comfortable and bed was nice. If in Zurich again and leaving from airport this would work for me.

Check in was a nightmare. Its self check in and requires a code which wasn’t sent by the hotel and we had trouble while entering. The room was clean and tidy except the room service entered the door without even knocking on properly.

-I emailed multiple times asking for a parking space confirmation and heard nothing back. We lost about a hour trying to resolve the issue. -There’s no staff at the property to help with any issues. -The AC was non existent so we had a very sticky night! - The man working at the restaurant at the side of the property is fantastic and very kind.

Honestly, I would stay here if you have an early flight or need to get to the airport. The hotel is walkable to the airport which is nice, about 15-20 minutes. The hotel itself seemed very clean but the sheets had stains and the bed was not comfortable. The room was extremely hot which resulted us opening a window and allowed all the bugs in. The building is near other residents and it is very loud and you can hear everything that was happening outside so it was not quiet, especially since the window needed to be open or the room was stuffy. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train station so if you need to go to Zurich proper it’s convenient. Only recommend staying here if you’re on a budget or need to get to the airport fast.

I did not check in before going, that is my bad. Staff helped a lot to check in. During this process a Drunkered was blabbering which was scary. Room was not cleaned before check in. It was quite filthy and wash basin was clogging. Requested for clean up and stepped out. Staff were good at that point. Called back to confirm it was cleaned before going back and staff were rude. My boys got grossed out stepping into the room. After cleaning it was ok and stay was peaceful, not much public transportation around

It was a 20 minute walk on hiking trails from the Service Center at Zurich airport where I securely store my checked bags overnight. Many travelers, locals and flight personnel using this walking route. Clean and safe area. Many kind local residents in this area. Lots of local restaurants. I had dinner next to a tree lined stream listening to birds at dinner at the facility. Highly recommended

Such possibility if better managed

Automatic checkin had failed and it took 20mins to even get to talk to someone on the phone by which time there was a queue of frustrated customers. Window shutters in my room had failed meaning I got no natural light. Promised to be fixed but wasn’t. Had these things not happened it’s would be a good option at ZRH if you don’t mind an easy 20min walk (although parts are not lit at night). Room itself was clean and well equipped.

Kind of a weird place. The window was wide open when we arrived (on the first floor), so someone could have easily sneak in. The room was fine but near the door it smelled like cigarette. Same thing for the hallways. We were supposed to have info about the wifi in the room, but we found nothing. Luckily, I wrote an e-mail and got a fast answer. I guess it was fine for the one night we spent there. It’s very close to the airport, which is nice for travelers like us who just wanted a place to stay before our flight.

Quite a strange place. The room itself was fine; spacious and clean. The windows had been left open so there were mosquitos to contend with, there was a thermostat on the wall but it didn’t do anything. Access is through a self service point outside the front door, you check in with a code that is emailed to you then it shows the room code on the screen. The display is quite big and there is no privacy so there were some people stood around outside who could just see the code and as this is the access to the room, it didn’t feel very safe. Overpriced for what it was.

Good location and overall good for our short stay. Kitchen only had 2 chairs for the 4 of us. Our hairdryer was not working, we sent an email and a text through the app as no one picked up the phone and we never received an answer. It was hard to wash hair and then go out. We understand that it was during the holidays but if totally digital hotel, someone needs to monitor messages and fix what is wrong. We also paid for 3 days to park our car and someone took our reserved parking sign off after the 2nd day. We also got a nasty note on the windshield the day we were leaving that they would tow our car. I had emailed the person who confirmed the reservation and payment the 2nd night but never received a response.

It wasn't very clear, how to check out. The bathroom curtain was moldy! The dining options nearby are decent enough. The TV has alot of blank channels, & other broken channels. Most functional channels are either French or German. Only 1 keycard, wifi login was rather difficult. People smoking in the doorway was awful! No hand soap or sanitizer. The outlets were a bit confusing at 1st, but the EU adapters still work fine. The kitchen was fine, the bathroom toilet has issues flushing! There's no way to blind the windows at night. The pillows sucked!!

Decent room but no security

This hotel is a different kind of hotel. No reception, you check in with a code. No one on site to assist if you need it. Parking is complex, they have to assign you a space, at 15 CHF per day. Tried several times vie email to get this done but no response. Had to call and talk to someone to finally get a space. Otherwise the rooms were decent and clean. No AC if the weather is hot. Bathroom was nice, bring your own shampoo. For security, only your own room has a lock. During the day the back door to the building was wide open and the front was propped open. People were letting others in. Be aware of your surroundings. Location is good, minutes from the airport, no shuttles available. Many restaurants/bars within 5-10 minutes walk. The checkin process was confusing but made sense once you did it
