Spacious apartment (88 m²) on the 1st floor, centrally yet quietly located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach (4-minute walk). Tastefully decorated. New furniture installed in 2025. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. Large bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sink, and toilet. Separate guest bathroom. Bedrooms at the rear of the building. Convenient storage room and bicycle storage in the garage.

Optional: Upon request and subject to availability, our garage unit can be rented (it is located on Kustlaan in Zoute).

Total area excluding balconies: 88 m², large living room with seating, international TV, table, and 6 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. Central heating in all rooms. 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a custom-made four-poster bed for 2 adults on the lower level and 2 children/teenagers on the upper level), large bathroom with bathtub, double sink, toilet, towel warmer, and shower), laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Separate guest bathroom. Apartment located on the ground floor.
Accessible by lift. On the ground floor, there is a bicycle storage area, and on level -1, there is a storage room. Upon request, a garage space can be rented (subject to availability) (located at Kustlaan 166 in Knokke Zoute).

Our guests have the entire apartment at their disposal (88 m²). We do not accept groups; only families and/or adults are permitted, upon presentation of an ID card, for obvious liability reasons.


Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. There is a small terrace at the front, as well as terraces off both bedrooms at the back. The apartment is located in the centre yet in a quiet area. It is just a few steps from the well-known Lippenslaan and only a 4-minute walk from the beach.
The absolute maximum occupancy of the apartment is 6 people.
Pets are permitted only in exceptional cases, but only if requested in advance and explicitly approved by us, subject to certain conditions and for a small additional fee. The apartment is intended exclusively for adults and families. Groups with minors are not permitted.

Knokke is lively all year round. You can shop, play sports, go for walks, enjoy good food, and there are plenty of nightlife options. The Zwin Nature Reserve is nearby (ideal for beautiful walks); there are surfing and sailing clubs, a mini-golf course, and an 18-hole golf course; countless beach bars in the summer; a casino; and more. It’s the perfect starting point for long beach walks all the way to the Netherlands or to Zeebrugge, passing through Duinbergen and Heist aan Zee. You can also take lovely day trips to the Dutch towns of Sluis and Cadzand by bike or car. Cyclists are in for a real treat :-)
