This lovely apartment is perfect for couples, or smaller groups who want to be close to downtown, but still want the privacy of a quiet little neighborhood, tucked away just off the beaten path. This downtown neighborhood shares many roads that lead directly to Knoxville entertainment and food districts. Although this home is a duplex, both apartments include entrances that are completely private, so all areas mentioned will be just for you.
There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 3 queen beds. Each include top quality mattresses, pillows and linens to ensure you get a good night's rest during your stay. In the living room, you'll find a set up that is as comfortable as it is pleasing to the eye. A flat screen TV is ready to connect to any of your favorite streaming applications, providing entertainment for those who choose to spend an evening at home to relax.
The kitchen is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to cook all your meals, from the simplest breakfast snacks, to elaborate gourmet dinners. Stainless steel appliances include a refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher and microwave. You'll also find all the cookware, utensils, flatware and dishes you need to prepare and enjoy a meal, start to finish.
Whether planning the day's activities or closing out a full day's work, a lovely dining table with 6 chairs awaits to help you enjoy a bit of quality time centered around a good meal. The table also serves as a great remote work space for those who are in Knoxville for work and not play.

The master bathroom contains a large open shower, while the hall bathroom contains a tub/shower combo. The washer and dryer are located inside the back door, just off the downstairs unit, in a separate shared space all their own. This QB Renovations property is conveniently located within a short walk to many of Knoxville's staple restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops such as HoneyBee Coffee, Hi-Wire Brewery, Alliance Brewery, Simpl, South Coast Pizza and a few chain restaurants like Dunkin Donuts and McDonald's. The Fort Dickerson Quarry Park is about a half mile away, just across Henley Street, with access to trails and has access to the water-front greenway trail, as well.
Travel just minutes across the Henley Street Bridge, and you'll find a treasure trove of places for fun, shopping and dining!
Kern's Bakery Development coming in 2021, will be a short hop, skip and a jump at the end of the street. It will boast a 20 merchant food hall with full service restautants, a work-out facility, gathering and working spaces, and much more.
There is plenty of private parking located along the side of the property for your car. However major car sharing services, such as Uber or Lyft, are easily accessible and can take you almost anywhere downtown in 7 minutes or less.
Enjoy a 0.5 mile walk through the neighborhood in one direction to HoneyBee Coffee Shop, Hi-Wire Brewery, Alliance Brewery, and South Coast Pizza. Or you can walk the other direction toward Henley Street to Kern's Bakery Food Hall.

We really enjoyed spending the week in Knoxville and staying at the house. Everything from the beds to the refrigerator were amazing. The house is really well done.

We stayed here for our daughter’s graduation. It was super easy to get to downtown and campus. It is actually walkable to both! The house was perfect… plenty of room and very well stocked! Communication was excellent! We had a great weekend staying here!
Great location for downtown Knoxville, Neyland Stadium and Thompson Bowling Arena. We loved the house! It was clean and beautifully furnished. The only thing I would suggest to the owners would be to have a luggage stand in each bedroom or bedroom closet. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
The Mimosa house was absolutely perfect!!! Beautiful kitchen and baths. Exactly what we needed and super convenient to everywhere we went in Knoxville for my daughter’s wedding weekend. Lots of space and easy access for my 80+ year old parents. We will definitely stay here again and recommend the property 100%.
Great house and great location convenient to downtown Knoxville
This is our second time renting and we really enjoy the property. Only suggestion I have is to upgrade from Keurig/single cup to a coffee maker that can make multiple cups of coffee. Thanks!
We had a great visit to Knoxville to watch bicycle races. Beds were comfortable and everything felt clean and newly updated. House is simple and comfortable and you don’t feel like you are living in someone’s house. We will be back.
House was clean, ready for guests. Cozy little place. Parking is an issue though. Not designed for full size trucks. Owner was very easy to communicate with through email. Would have been easier with a number to call directly. Would recommend the house to friends
We had the best time during our stay! The host was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. The place was extremely clean & cozy. The apartment does share a laundry room with the other guests who stay above the apartment but it is locked and separated from the house.
The only suggestion that we have is the beds need mattress toppers or something to make them a little softer. All 4 of us had restless nights due to the hardness of the beds.
Overall, we would stay here again due to the cleanliness of the property & location!
Great communication from management before and during stay. Surprised that the front door was so close to the road. More fabric is needed on the drapes/ fabric hung in the bedrooms. Being so close to the road, it did make me a bit nervous. No towel bars or toilet roll mounts in the bathroom. I've been a customer of vrbo for years. I've never been asked to do the washing of the towels as I check out before. Nice place, but please take these suggestions and make adjustments.
