This beautiful home boasts an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, LVP and tile throughout the home, exposed beams, and modern lighting. A spacious family room and a game room with a dining table that doubles as a pool or ping pong table flanks the modern kitchen area. The house has several usable outside areas including a large covered front porch, a covered area on the side for dining or cornhole, and a patio area in the rear with a fire pit. It is in close proximity to the University of Tennessee and is only 4 miles away from Downtown Knoxville. The house is also under an hour drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Set up nicely for our stay. Nice outside spaces. Quiet area, but still close enough to town that using ride share apps is still convenient and affordable.

What a beautiful, cozy place to spend a week! The house was tucked away from all the busyness and noise. The bed was comfy and the house had amazing outdoor space. The front porch was an excellent place to enjoy morning coffee. Despite feeling remote and rural, the house was only 10-15 minutess from all the downtown fun - restaurants, breweries, shops. We loved the Zoo and Ijams. We also made several trips into the Smokies to hike and look for bears. It was a great trip and a lovely place to stay. Also a bonus - the host was wonderful - she was responsive and gave great tips and suggestions.

This property is fantastic! We attended UT's Homecoming weekend, and the proximity to campus was perfect for us! The property itself far exceeded our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was probably the best VRBO we’ve stayed at!Super comfortable and up to date. It was extremely well done in all areas. Pool/ping pong table was a huge hit. The house was extremely well appointed with very nice furnishings. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our time in Knoxville.

We loved our stay! The house was located in a private and quiet area. Perfect proximity to UT campus and restaurants. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor spaces. My son’s favorite was the combo ping pong/ pool table. Host was very good with communication. Great pet friendly home, our dog loved it here.
