Enjoy a stylish experience at this South Knoxville loft. This brand new 2 bedroom 1 bath loft apartment is just 10 minutes from downtown, 20 minutes from the Smokey Mountains, and only 5 minutes from Baker Creek Preserve and Bike Park.

If you're here for the game, leave your car parked here and take a short uber ride to the stadium. If you're here for mountain biking, it's a short ride from here to the trailhead.

Well behaved small dogs are welcome upon request. We charge a $45 pet fee.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
First, please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it prior to your departure (no need to unload it, just start it ).
Second, please place all dirty towels and washcloths in the washing machine so it’s ready to be started (no need to start it, we’ll handle the cleaning of the linens).
Third, please leave your slept in beds unmade (no need to strip the sheets). Fourth, please take all your groceries with you. Unless of course it’s beer, you can always leave beer 😉
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Upon arrival the property was even better than we thought. Close enough but also far enough away from all the action that we were able to have some quiet time as well. Every detail was thought of at this property and all the comforts of home. Bed was very comfortable after a bust day downtown. Will definitely make this our go to when in town

Home exceeded our expectations in every way. Beautifully decorated and homey, well appointed and well stocked, great deck with grill. Tucked away on a quiet street yet 15 minutes to U of T. Our new go to for Knoxville!

Knoxville fun

This is a great location to enjoy Knoxville!! While we were there we attended baseball games, some hiking in the surrounding areas, and this location is perfect. About 15 minutes away from everything. What a nice property and very comfortable!!

Perfect home away from home!

We stayed here for our family member’s graduation, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and celebrate together. The location was convenient to the ceremony and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. It made a special weekend even more memorable. Highly recommend!

We truly had our home away from home with all the necessities needed for our needs. Working long hours and coming home to a well equipped kitchen to prepare home cooked meals was a huge help. Thank you Brandee for the well appointed amenities. We would love to stay again when in The Knoxville area.

Great place

The most nicely appointed, clean and well equipped VRBO I have ever stayed in. Extremely nice above garage apartment in a quiet neighborhood. A convenient 15-20 minute drive to downtown Knoxville and UT campus. Very much enjoyed my stay.

One of the best!

A must need stay near knoxville. So clean I could eat off the floor. Convenient location with many stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was extremely comfortable and had a home-like feeling.

Great spot without the city noise

This loft apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. It was a great location, close to downtown but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. The entire place smelled like a spa and everything was nicely clean and stocked. I got to meet the little dog that lived on property; he greeted us one evening after dinner outside. We will definitely return for another weekend.

Best place in knoxville

This stay has been amazing, our host Brandee was the best. She accommodated all our needs plus some. This place is so conveniently located just outside of Knoxville… super short drive, with a very quiet country setting… none of that hustle a bustle of city honking horns and sirens. Felt like the safest neighborhood around. This place was so clean and comfortable with everything you would need. If I ever come back to Knoxville,this is the exact place I would want to stay.

Quiet neighborhood

This delightful garage apartment was newly remodeled and was pleasant and comfortable. Our hosts were pleasant and thoughtful. It was a a short drive to downtown Knoxville or to the University. The neighborhood is quier and restful. We appreciated the water, snacks, and coffee that were left for our arrival. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

A peaceful escape

Our stay at the Farmhouse Loft was perfect! We honestly couldn't think of anything we were lacking. Brandee was so responsive and accommodating. Our trip was delayed and I let her know it looked like we would be arriving at about 5am. She made sure that the space was ready for us. The decor is perfect & we enjoyed the quiet of the apartment and the neighborhood.

Great experience

We booked a trip to Knoxville to settle our son in for a college internship which unfortunately did not end up working out. We stayed at the farmhouse loft and it was absolutely beautiful. The decor was perfect, the place was very clean. The owners put so much detail into it. It is more than well equipped with the most thoughtful touches, down to the welcome message on the board in the living area. Highly recommend! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Perfect Retreat Spot

We came to Knoxville to visit our son who moved here last year. The loft itself was charming, with esthetically pleasing and welcoming design choices. There were so many personal touches! Communication was timely, helpful, and friendly. The location was very convenient for our purposes. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO properties, and this one is a standout for sure. I am not lying when I say this by far has been the best VRBO we have stayed at to date! My daughter had a softball tournament in Knoxville and we chose this location. It was perfect. The placecwas beautiful, clean farmhouse chic, full of charm and new. They supplied everything from all sorts of kitchen supplies, toiletries, snacks and bottled water, detergent for washer, etc... The atmosphere was great with the different diffusers to use, to diming lights, barbeque, tv with programing, wifi, etc... The hosts take pride in their property and take pride in caring for their customers making sure they are cared for and comfortable thats for sure. My daughter even said she wished we had this place at our home so when she was on her own she could rent it from us that's how much we loved it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and experience. If we're ever back in town we will certainly be renting again!!
