"Garden" 2Br, 2Ba, overlooking the Square in Downtown Knoxville

  • Excellent location overlooking the Market Square Stage in downtown Knoxville.
    You can exit directly onto the pedestrian only Square to visit award winning restaurants and local shops, or use the Wall Ave. entrance to gain access to the elevator.
    University of Tennessee, Theater District, Gay St., Old City, Worlds Fair Site, History Museum, Convention Center are all within close walking distance...
    You can park once and never need you vehicle until you leave.
    Farmers Market on the Square every Wed and Sat throughout spring and autumn. Along with music on select Tuesday and Thursday nights.
    Walking distance also to the new Stadium for baseball and soccer.
    Please be aware that this location is in the center of the city.
    It is a very lively entertainment district and it is where people to go and have fun all day and sometimes into the night.
    We cannot control the noise from outside, although we do supply fans and earplugs.
    If you need it absolute quiet at night, this may not be the location for you.

Really enjoyed this stay. Can't beat the location and comfy beds. It is louder but that's disclosed (and not that bad, imo). Stayed over New Year's and slept throughout the night after the renters above stopped roller skating (lol) into 2026. Dog happy. Great place. Thx for the hot cocoa!

We’ve stayed on Market Square multiple times before in hotels. This is definitely a much more comfortable place to stay with couples/family. Place was clean and well equipped, will definitely book again.

Great place in THE HEART on Knoxville Asked friends what to see and do, literally most everything in walking distance, some within 200 ft Apartment has great views, well furnished and a cozy place to get away Excellent communication from owners. Market Square Location

Very clean, spacious condo. Perfect for a weekend, or short stay while in Knoxville. You cannot beat the location. Market Square is the heart of Knoxville with easy access to campus. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in the Garden condo. There is alot of attention to detail for guests. This was our second stay. The location is convenient to all the restaurants in Market Square, Gay Street and Old City. We will stay definitely stay here again.

Coming into town we stopped for lunch and realized how close we were to our apartment. The location was perfect, lots of space and easy to get in and out of. Parking was easy and we were walking distance to everything!

This charming apartment is located where you want to be in Knoxville - right in Market Square! The place was spotless when we arrived, the beds were comfy, and there was everything we needed for an easy stay. It can get noisy at night, so the earplugs provided were much appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here Memorial Day weekend for my daughter’s wedding which was on a rooftop in Market Square. Great location, very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and parking is very close by. There is street noise, but we expected that given the location.

Anniversary trip

Very nice property. Clean and stocked wit everything you need. Right in the middle of everything market square restaurants, bars, etc. Not a bad walk to UT stadiums. Would definitely stay again.
