Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy
Nice apartment, good building/area. 3rd party reservations can be a hassle, but their customer service is solid. Their billing department (not Vrbo) is cagey with sending reciepts, but other than that stay was good. Smooth check-in process, building staff are helpful if anything comes up. Maintenance was mostly addressed quickly. No major complaints.
