Stay in our renovated historic home in Knoxville's Historic District... tall ceilings and windows, sidewalks, quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from downtown, the University of Tennessee and UT Hospital. Within walking distance to the bus, K-Brew and shopping. Enjoy walking/jogging around 100 year old mansions in this peaceful neighborhood. Off road parking and two private entrances. The front private entrance is to the living room and the back private entrance is to the kitchen. Beautifully decorated and cozy.

This is just a couple blocks from N. Broadway and you can enjoy yourself and your neighbors at Nobel Kava until midnight each night or go spend some time at the Java Juice Box next door to Nobel Kava.
