"Fabulous place! Just gorgeous! Food is great! Private beach, Long Beach and snorkeling just a few minutes walk away. Rooms are amazing. The only thing noteworthy was depending on your room location you will hear the long tail boats driving by. But that certainly didn’t ruin it for us! Awesome place!"

"Staff was great. Rooms were clean with good AC. Food was excellent although no Thai food or rice was offered at breakfast. The Thai food on the menu was great. Beautiful location and the surf was wonderful to listen to. The biggest drawback was the trash on the beach. In the immediate front of the bungalows there was an effort to clean the beach but move 50m in either direction and trash was everywhere. That was a turn off and surprising based on other places we’ve seen. The bamboo floors of the bungalows were uneven and a little hard to navigate."

"The air conditioning was not working and the hotel didn’t have another room so we have lo leave and we are waiting to Expedia for refund, then the bathroom was really dirty!!!!! The bed was not good at all…. We couldn’t stay not even 1 night and had to book another hotel….. the staff didn’t care we left…. "

"Our stay at PP Princess Resort was a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the pool area is absolutely beautiful—definitely the highlight of the property. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, and the food was genuinely very good. Unfortunately, the room itself was quite disappointing. It didn’t feel properly cleaned, which made it hard to fully relax and enjoy the stay. On top of that, the bed was extremely uncomfortable—more like sleeping on a piece of cardboard than something you’d expect from a resort. It’s a shame, because with such a great location, lovely staff, and strong food offering, this place has a lot of potential. But the condition and comfort of the rooms really need improvement to match the rest of the experience."

"I highly recommend this hotel for a nice relaxed . Beautiful views and nature sounds .. we had a massage by the beach and the restaurant had delicious food.. there was only a few rude staff but other staff made up for them .. we left a few items behind and rhey made we didn’t leave without them .. book the tour with the speed boat we had the best experience with them.. book this hotel if you appreciate nature "
