Hotel in its entirety was clean and pleasant. Comfortable accommodations in a desirable location without outside noise irruption. The staff and service were 10/10, and I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.

Great location, good for budget travelers
The Ivory is nicely located next to a food stall area, a short walk to either beach and far enough away from the party scene for quiet nights. The hostess was extremely nice and gave us good recommendations on what to do in the area and was always making sure everything was alright. Not the most pristine room but it was fine for us and good for budget travelers.

Great Staff, Super Clean Hotel
We walked 5 minutes from the pier, we were greeted by me Julie who was warm welcoming and funny, she gave us all the advice we needed while on the island and made sure we were never without, the room was basic but very clean in the heart of Phi Phi town, however no noisy distractions to keep you up and night, great for on a budget and be in the centre. To me Julie and the housekeeping, thank you for making our stay so special, love Sean Connery

Junii makes this place seem like a five star hotel. Two minutes from dock and right in front of market. I personally will recommend this hotel as superior to most accommodations on ko phi phi.

Great place to stay on the island. In perfect location of everything. Minutes from everything u need. It’s in front of a food market that makes fresh everything. Locals eat there so the food is cheap compared to the island prices. Staff super friendly just ask them and they will help u. They have electric water heater in the bathroom so u have hot water all the time. No need to take water taxis when u stay here. Two turns from the pier and the beach.

Felt like a home rather than a value option for Phi Phi and it’s the staff that really make a difference. Property is clean and comfortable, everything works as it should, and it’s all super simple. Front desk was helpful beyond words and arranged laundry, food options, transportation and a number of other things. Great location - central to almost everything. Overall an excellent, no hassle stay. Thanks!!

Good location, walking distance from Pier but too bad not proper signage or direction on the way, lost at the beginning. Staff is helpful, let me keep my luggage in the counter after check out at 11am.

Would stay there again!
We stayed here for 2 nights and everything was amazing. The entire place was clean and welcoming. The location is great too! Close to everything...711, food, pier, etc. I would definitely stay here again and again. Thank you to the staff who were always so friendly and helpful!

Good Hotel, but not what I booked
Hotel was okay, really friendly people working there, I did book the hotel as it was “on the beach” however when we got there there the hotel relocated to the center of Phi phi. It’s fairly noisy. Everything else was great though

Basic hotel close to pier
Got charged a lot extra for changing from a king bed to two twins. For the price I eventually paid, I believe was not worth the room. Very basic accommodations. Hotel is in the middle of the city center (so it’s a good location) but noisy in the morning as it’s right in front of a food market.

Great location and value for money. Unfortunately there was a large fire on the island and all wTer was used to put out the fire so hotel had no water for shower on checkout day. We were hiven bottled water to flush toilet but not hotels fault

Centrally located good value hotel
Really friendly service at this excellently located hotel. Right in the centre of town opposite market with fantastic cheap& authentic food and all bars etc, yet no noise from all the bars. Our room was quite small and bed not the comfiest but it was just as expected for Phi Phi and exactly as advertised online. Overall, good value for a few nights on the island.

Rather high price for such basic accommodation, but clean room and friendly staff. Very quiet area at night time. No staff after 7 pm. Strict non smoking policy. Okay place if you are just staying overnight.

Good location
Hotel is in ideal location close proximity to Pier, beach and all main attractions. Hotel is quite basic but if your just looking for a place to lay your head it's ideal. Customer service was very good

Very nice.
Walking distance to the Pier.Super location.Staff is the nicest You can imagine.Air/con awesome. Loved everything about it. Coffee shop almost across the main door. Will go back. Beach:3 min walk. Another one, 7 min walk.

VERY hard beds!
Cute little hotel with incredible front desk staff. Rooms are quite small but adequate. Had lots of issues with the safe. My 2 main issues were... 1. The bed was so hard that I actually got bruises on my hips from sleeping on my side. 2. It's not easy to find from the ferry pier without already knowing where you are going. In true Thai fashion, everyone wants to help but in reality all the help just sent me on a wild goose chase.

Convenient, clean, quiet, in the middle of it all
Cute little hotel tucked back off the main streets. 2-minute walk to either beach. Local market out front with lots of cheap Thai food, and access to all the clubs/bars/restaurants nearby. Excellent service from the front desk, including free beach towels to use for our stay. If you want to be near all the action but not right in the middle of it, this is your place! We couldn't hear any of the beach parties or clubs (not an easy feat on a small island).

Very clean hotel close to the pier and dive shop
Hotel is basic, but very clean. Maintenance keeps the place fastidiously clean. Location is good as it is close to the pier and center of phi phi and dive shops.

Set just back from the beach so no noise. Slap bang in the centre, room was great! although the wifi was a little temperamental.

Stayed here for 3 nights, wasn't a very warm welcoming and immediately had to pay a deposit of 2000 baht! The room itself is tiny and not the safest, we came back one night to find the door wide open and the staff didn't really care. However great location for the bars.

Central, in the heart of Phi Phi
Hotel is basic and clean. It's minutes from the pier and about 5 minutes to the beach. It's a great value for the price, and situated in a quieter street away from the bars but very central and walking distance to tons of markets and restaurants. They don't have a fridge in the room, I would maybe recommend staying elsewhere if you are looking to stay more than 3 days. Bathroom is really small.

I wanted to extend-change from hotel on Phi Phi to Ivory. The reception showed me a nice room with big windows (but no view). She quoted me 50 usd for the room. I was able to book the room online for 35usd. By the time I was checking in, I have been walked to a very small room, with NO Window. Staff was informing me that there are different categories of room, and I got this one. Also I could not upgrade, as they were fully booked. the pros: - you can walk to all important stuff on the island in under 5 minutes, as it is very central - our room was extremely quiet. - the hotel and room is very clean cons: - no window room, means also bad smells, - small room, means no space for hanging anything - wet beach stuff can not dry in hotel - mattress was very hard how can this place improve: - first of all, I think that they are overpriced. Prices need to drop - they need to have some form of motivation to return - as I would not stay there again (no pool, small room, no window). - which is acceptable on low budget, but not for the going rate they have. Very friendly staff. Perfect location Aircon could do with a clean as it smells a tad mouldy at times. Overall i would recommend as it is very cheap and close to nightlife and food.

Great location
Stayed here after seeing it looked clean and good quality for my stay. Was only provided with a single white sheet on the bed to sleep under and it would've been better to have had a thin blanket or quilt or something. The woman on reception was very helpful and helped organise my ferry and also a taxi transfer.

Great location, safe and clean. No fridge!
Room was clean and fine for us as we were out all the time. There is no fridge in the rooms and the wifi is also limited. The price is higher than most places in Thailand but the whole of Phi Phi is. A very good stay overall.
