"The rooms are very outdated. Our shower didn’t work. Our toilet didn’t work. Customer service was super rude in the front desk."

"The location is perfect, most beautiful beach I've ever seen, and 30min walking to Ton Sai or by long tail boat. The beachfront room is perfect to relax at the beach. Air continioning works great The room could use some renovation. The bed was really confortable, but in the bathroom things like shower, tap and others were really rusty. Cleanliness on some stuff could be better. I wouldn't say it is a resort really since it has no pool or other facilities. Breakfast is ok, quite some options. We have been to the hotel restaurant once but the quality was below avarage in our experience, with the beef we ordered being only grease. They were prompt in returning it to thr kitchen, though! In general, I recommend it for the right price, as the location is really worth it!"

"Absolute Nightmare – Left After One Night, No Refund This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was unbearably noisy with zero soundproofing, and it was full of mosquitoes—I woke up covered in bites. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was cold, stale, and barely edible. We had booked 4 nights but checked out after just 1 because we couldn’t take it anymore—and they refused to give any refund. Summary: Noisy rooms, mosquito infestation, rude staff, terrible food, and no refund policy. Avoid at all costs."

"The staff are absolutely fantastic and they made everything accessible to us. The high hills were a bit challenging but we got used to it but it did limit our night time fun knowing we had to walk up a steep incline. Other than that we had an amazing stay! "

"Overall 3.5 stars. Ive been to 3 different hotels while in Thailand and have to say this was number 3 out of all 3. Rooms are slightly outdated, hard bed and cant shower without putting aircon on for 15 mins. Staff are ok, every other hotel gies above and beyond. 3.5 star is fair. "
