"First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. "Staff is overall pleasant and responsive. We had two hours of waiting after check out before transfer came and Doorman noticed us sitting in lobby and asked if need taxi. Told him wait time and he got us iced tea… Room has a small balcony with great view of Sapa valley and Moana statue/park when it is not foggy. Buffet breakfast is very good and good varieties. The hotel restaurant has good dishes and comparable prices to outside restaurants. It is located downhill just outside of city center which means walking into center is uphill! Overall very nice hotel for price."

"Really enjoyed our stay at Sapa Pine Hill Ecolodge. It's located right by the town square but felt as if we were still within the countryside surrounded by the trees and nature which allowed us to enjoy the best of both environments. We stayed in the bungalow suite that was nestled within the woods which had a cabin like feel that was so cozy and relaxing and gave us restful sleep. Sitting in the balcony and enjoying the view of the mountains while soaking in the sun or rain was such a treat. At the time of check-out, the staff surprised us with tasty sandwiches and bottle waters for our journey back which was very thoughtful. Highly recommend Sapa Pine Hill Ecolodge for anyone who's wanting to have close access and walking distance to town but still wanting an escape in the relaxing nature side of Sapa."

"About 15-20 mins out of town depending on traffic. Very easy to get a grab from here. We stayed in a villa and it was spectacular. The mountains views were amazing to wake up to and the villa itself was clean and cozy. We loved all the gardens and vegetables growing around us and the staff had four cats that we ended up giving way too much attention to! Will definitely be staying here again :)"
