All I did was mention my birthday being the next day to my driver and the entire staff showed me so much love! I was able to book my activities for a good price as well. "Great resort plenty of amenities even if the water park is closed. Customer service is a huge stand out for us, we never met anyone unwilling to assist or greet us. The staff ensures there are plenty of activities for kids. If breakfast is not included with your stay, make sure you make other arrangements for meals. However 7/11 and Lotus are steps away. Will definitely stay here again. Hopefully it doesn’t get too packed once the water park opens. Sold on the ocean side pool. Absolutely beautiful."
