"Love this location! Exceptionally clean, modern designs, comfortable beds, you are able to watch Netflix, etc, amazing rooftop baths & you can do your dirty laundry (just don’t over pack the machines). Lovely staff that spoke English & very helpful. Do not love that the rooms are kinda small with little luggage storage space, & I didn’t like that the rooftop spa are strictly separated by gender & require nudity."

"Hotel was as advertised very beautiful with excellent staff. Corner room was a bit larger and fit 4 comfortably. Location was steps from Namba station, Dotonbori and direct connection to underground Namba Walk as well as OCAT bus terminal and airport limousine. Very happy stay."

"Loved this gem of a place! Our family of 4 stayed in a spacious triple room and it was beautifully laid out and very clean. It was our first time at an onsen so we were a bit nervous, but it’s worth the money and time because the hot spring is so relaxing and therapeutic. Plus the treats and breakfast are amazing! It’s also very convenient for food and shopping as its nearby Kyoto train station. If you want to experience the best in traditional Japanese hospitality and culture, this is the place for you and your whole family - even my teen daughters enjoyed the whole experience!"
