We’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoy it. The location is good, very close to Shin-Osaka station, the staff are always helpful, everything is clean and we like the big communal baths and sauna. Depending on which room you go for, the views of Osaka city are great too

Excellent hotel as home base to go to neighboring prefectures as shin Osaka station is few minutes walk away. Very convenient with Lawson, Family Mart and few 7/11 nearby, there’s also few restaurants and a Starbucks.

Modest sized room but very comfortable. Only downside was a large office chair that took up way too much space. Room was obviously designed for a business trip… Coming from Australia having laundry facilities available is a real winner. Overall, well located, excellent amenities and very helpful staff.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in Osaka and great value for the price. Within walking distance from Shin-Ōsaka Station in a nice, quiet neighbourhood which is a good respite every night after all the hustle and bustle of Namba and Umeda. Rooms were immaculate and there are complimentary amenities and drinks daily. Excellent breakfast. Special mention to the public bath and sauna on the 3/F.

Asked a front desk staff to write down the name and address of a restaurant in Japanese that we can give it to the driver and called us a taxi. He instead took us to the front door and gave the information to the driver. That's great service.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, with good beds, a washing machine, and all the amenities we needed. As we were staying on one of the higher floors, we also had a lovely view over the city. Breakfast was very good and plentiful, with the famous takoyaki (octopus balls) and other local specialities to try. We were also able to leave our luggage at reception for a couple of days while travelling to another city, which was incredibly convenient.

Brand new hotel near Shin Osaka station. A little bit of a walk thank goodness it wasn't raining. Lawson's 2 minutes away. Didn't interact with the staff except during check in. Nice new and clean. Public bath was nice and large and dressing room had great air-conditioning which helps cool you down after a bath. Only stayed for one night but would return if ever in Osaka. Entertainment areas easily reached on Subway.
