Room was the perfect size for a family of four. If planning to visit tourist attractions this hotel isn’t the most convenient for commuting into Dontonboro etc. This was a very quality hotel, great amenities, it was quiet and it was very clean.

Excellent stay for a first time visit to Japan and Osaka. The front desk staff were very helpful to answer questions. Rest of the staff were very helpful and nice as well. The night team and especially a guy whose name began with an N (maybe Niromi, he was the chief that night, helped me with guiding me where I could get meds for my wife after a sprained ankle in USJ, and setting up luggage forwarding to Tokyo.
