"Room was very clean and staff was kind/helpful. Loved that they had pool, breakfast and laundry available. Door locks for our room and the conjoined room doors were broken unfortunately. Also wished that the dryer cycle was longer. 38 minutes was definitely insufficient for even a small load"

"Everything is as expected from a resort type hotel. Only complaint is we had river view which isn't much of a view, but that really isn't the hotels fault. Just will request village or fountain my next visit. It is part of the Island so there's plenty of dining options and any type shopping you can think of. Rooftop Pool and bar, with another bar downstairs that had live music. Staff was very nice and we received multiple discounts and free tickets to Island attractions. Our room had a rain shower and a very large modern jacuzzi tub."

"The room is big for the family. Breakfast is good. A few problems: the WiFi signal is too weak to access internet from room. The one restroom is very busy. The room didn’t have towels when we moved in. I asked the front desk for towels. She did give me but I was surprised to see how indifferent she was about the customer service."

"I loved the room with the bunk beds, itt gave the kids their own space. Having all the pools was a great experience. I personally enjoyed the children’s slide with my neice. I’m somewhat short so the tub was so high you almost need a step stool to get in so be very careful getting out, you might fall. If you turn off the light at the door then you can’t turn the bathroom light."

"Loved this stay ! Room was amazing! Views were gorgeous especially the view my wife had when i went out on the balcony naked! The pools and hot tub were great! The lazy river was sweet and lazy ! Breakfast was banging, speaking of banging my wifes face is red right now.....will stay again!"
