Pollard Place, a tranquil retreat near the gateway to the Smokies. Our inviting home features a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room, and a kids' bedroom filled with games. Conveniently located, we're just around the corner from the world’s largest Buc-ee’s, close to Bass Pro, and a short drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. The barn at Pollard Place Wedding Venue is across the street for those getting married.

Tucked away from all the busy traffic and road noise, you can sit on the brand-new back deck to enjoy your morning coffee or relax Creekside in the hot tub. This amazing location puts you a short drive away from Sevierville, Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. You’ll be mere minutes from the World’s Largest Buc-ee’s, the Smokies Stadium, the new Gateway to The Smokies, and more. Come rest, relax, and adventure with us at Pollard Place.
