"The only reason I gave communication a 4 star is because we had a tiny bit of trouble getting ahold of someone when our code didn’t work to enter their property. Once we got ahold of them, the maintenance man arrived very quickly and got the problem resolved. He even went above and beyond by helping to get the plug in solution resolved so we could watch the UFC fights on our fire stick. "The home was spacious, Comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was stocked, we made chicken and dumplings, chili and more.Location was perfect close enough to Dollywood, Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge but yet quiet and peaceful. "
