There is no room service available with the exception of breakfast. It was impossible for us to speak to someone at the front desk from our room….we were put on hold for extended periods of time. The mini bar is electronically monitored….if you so much as touch something you get charged for it, and have to clarify with the front desk. Make sure you watch your bill. Welcome to Vegas, I guess??
