Simply Awesome! The view, villa, neighborhood, and everything else. This was my favorite place to stay in my entire Japan trip! Traditional room with floor beds took this experience to whole another level!

An awesome place to stay if you are wanting to tour around the Fuji area. The property is well maintained and the owners are extremely kind to the guests. They also have bikes available for touring around. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The property was spotless and well-maintained, and the hospitality was truly outstanding. A special thank you to the property manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. Unobstructed Mt Fuji views from every room, spacious rooms plus huge living area, heated bathroom (and even that has the Mt Fuji view!), quiet surroundings, friendly host... you just can't ask for more!

Mikiko-san and her sister are two of the genuinely nicest people you will ever meet. They go out of their way to treat you like family, and I'm already sad that I had to go. If you are considering Ururun you should not even think twice about it. This is such a great place. Make sure you do your research on the Red Line Sightseeing Bus. That will help you travel to and from your Fuji excursions back home to Ururun. Words cannot express how much I liked this experience and place! I would rate it 11 out of 10 if I could. Thank you Mikiko san! And also thanks to your sister! You made me feel like I was at home with close family. I hope you both stay healthy, happy and prosperous! Please keep in touch :)

Perfect location to enjoy the view of Mt Fuji, lovely host, nice and clean room with Tatami. We were there in the an cloudy day, can see a bit of Mt Fuji, I imagine during a clear day it would be totally different

超過100分的住宿體驗～ 老闆載我們往返河口湖車站。兩位老闆都非常非常親切！ 房間非常舒適，一進房就有暖氣。 廚房用具應有盡有（包含電磁爐、微波爐、烤箱），我們從超市買了當地的食材回來煮。 浴室看得到富士山山景，超級美。 可以借腳踏車出去晃晃。 一定會推薦給想來河口湖的朋友們😊！

とても親切な対応で、商売より人柄ですね。 建物は、新築ではありませんが、内装には天然の木材が多用され、掃除や手入れも行き届き清潔で快適でした。インテリアは控えめながらもオーナーのセンスが感じられました。 バーベキューの用意をお願いしました。行き届いていて、コストパフォーマンスが高いですね。楽しめました。Weberのコンロ欲しい！ 忘れ物をしたが、すぐ連絡があり、送ってもらいました。 今度は一族を引き連れて来ようかと思っています。

清潔で閑静なコテージ

友人家族と一泊旅行で利用しました。全ての部屋や設備がとにかく清潔感がありとても快適でした。都内の名の知れたホテルよりも清潔でお風呂やキッチンの隅々まだ清掃が行き届いていました。スタッフの方の対応も親切でまた別の季節に利用したいと思います。
