"Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku. The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers donโ€™t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great. There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us."

"The mold in the room was the first thing that caught our attention. It took 45 minutes and four attempts for someone to finally assist guests when they asked for their bags to go relax in their room. The pushy cleaning staff, the ridiculously long lines to speak to someone at the front desk, and the overall unpleasant experience made me reconsider staying here. I highly recommend choosing an APA hotel instead."
