"I had a beautiful stay at the Palm Beach Bungalow Resort. I stayed in a beach front bungalow which was very clean and had a beautiful view. The staff were lovely, and all the meals were delicious. I went on the boat trip which cost 20 USD and included fruit and drinks. We went snorkelling, fishing and swam with glowing plankton. I definitely recommend doing this if you have time. "Booked two bungalows here for a short trip. On arrival we were informed that the bungalows were closed during low season for renovation. The owner told us we had to contact hotels.com for a refund. We had to leave the area to find alternative accommodation for our stay. Through contact with hotels.com the bungalows have refused to refund our money. Absolute scam. Do not stay here."
