Thanks to Bill, we enjoyed unforgettable moments including a fantastic longboat excursion to Pig Island and smooth, stress-free transfers throughout our trip. "The breakfast menu was one of the best we’ve been to, lots of food ready and lots of staff. Tip - best to get there by 0800 if you arrive after 9 am we found it too busy and lots of food ran out. The pool is devine and at a nice depth of 1.4mtrs and the beach is right there. Te best part was massages on site, and a really good price. We never used the second lagoon pool, even though it had a swimbar. Our rooms were clean and large, oirs had both a bath and shower. "

"We stayed for 13 nights as a family of 5. Hotel was nice and in a very good location. We had a family room which I did feel was too small for 2x adults and 3x children - there was not enough space to hang all our bits up. Hotel needs a bit of decoration, you can see its getting old. Found room to be a little dirty in the toilet/shower area it needs a proper deep clean. Staff by the pool very good - found the staff around the beach bar a bit miserable. Some could do with some training. Breakfast was nice enough to choose from. We did have a lovely holiday but probably wouldn't return here."
