"Celebrating my 40th anniversary was not fun. The pool was not open. The hot tub was not open. There was rips in the carpet by the bed. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The TV remote was not working. It would not do the guide and every time you push the channel button, it would hesitate to turn the channel. A special day for my husband and I turned out to be not very fun to celebrate very disappointed"

"This was our second stay at this property and it was just this lovely as the first time. This time we brought our doggos which was an added bonus. The hosts are very responsive, the cabin is very cozy and was perfect for our group. The beds are comfortable and the back yard is awesome. Overall just a great place. We will be back again!"

"We love being able to walk right out the door and hit the hiking trails. We've been here multiple times and will keep coming back. We even found a trail or two that we hadn't explored before and we hike quite a bit each time we are there.Watching the wildlife out the windows is great!We were very grateful for the early checkin so we could get out hiking on our first night there.The pups love it too."

"Comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located. We usually stay in Two Harbors, but decided to keep our drive shorter this time, Nice to have the option to go further north for a day trip, if we wanted to. Just a couple things in need of attention... the microwave hadn't been cleaned after previous uses. And the DVD control didn't have any batteries in it, so we switched the batteries back and forth between that and TV remote to pop in a couple good movies from the broad collection. *Meant to leave a note regarding both of these, but forgot before we checked out! Sorry. Still enjoyed our stay! Thanks! "
