"Older Hotel must have been beautiful when first built, but it is showing its age. The Staff were very welcoming, friendly and responsive to our requests. We did enjoy our stay. Very relaxing! Beautiful view of the lagoon from the rooftop and our balcony. "

"La categoría que reservé no existe en el inventario de la propiedad, según lo que me dijeron por teléfono. Cuando llegamos, solo estaba el guardia y nunca han tenido una villa familiar. No sé si fue culpa del hotel o de la plataforma, pero no pude quedarme. Tuve que buscar otro hotel y, según ellos, ya no trabajan con Expedia, así que no entiendo por qué siguen en la plataforma. "Not a lot of privacy at all. And when we left the landlord would shut off the breaker to shut off the power to our room. So hot room every day we came back. Our AC broke but they fixed it that day. Only two hot showers out of 8 day stay. When we got there we got charged more than was listed on Expedia. "
