"The cleaning was regular every morning. As a motel, there wasn't any cooking facilities and I had to eat all my meals outside, which was not ideal. There was a smell of cigarettes as if someone before me had smoked, and that smell didn't go away for days. The cleaning could have been improved on that front. "

"It was clean and a nice place to stay. The balcony overlooks the ocean but you're on a hill. It was easy to find and everything was available. Going up to the loft can be tricky, so if you're not good at balancing, not a good idea to sleep upstairs. We had a baby and it was easy to carry him upstairs."

"The staff were really kind and helpful and the room was quite spacious and had basic amenities. The hotel is right beside Busan Station so it was easy to take the metro and the KTX to Seoul. "We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn Busan Station No. 1. They were willing to go above and beyond to check us in late, and the room worked well for us. We found the staff to be very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was awesome for value, especially since it is free!
