"部屋を含め館内は清掃が行き届いており快適でした。露天風呂、内風呂とも充実していました。ただ、暖房が強すぎて、温度設定ではなく、風量のみしか調整できなかったので、夜間は切るしかなかったのが残念。今回は、旅の都合上、素泊まりだったので、次回は食事も堪能してみたい。"

"The check in procedure is smooth and quick. The resort amenities and hotel ground is beautiful. Food wise, for dinner and breakfast is well presented but taste wise is just ok. It would be nice if the hotel offer 2 types of pillow as the one offered is too soft. "

"Property need to go through some upgrades. Stay at room 346 for 3 nights. Room ceiling has dust and moulds around washing sink. It is also noisy in the middle of the night can hear noise , push/dragging if furniture sound coming from the dining area cause room is directly above it. Bed sheets has holes too , lol. Onsen is nice however the drying/ beauty area has 2 hair dryer not in working condition. May not be worth the $ . "

"年1くらいのペースで宿泊しています。お風呂の数も多くて今回もワクワクで！ いい所はやっぱりお風呂の数！残念なところは、リニューアルしたのに、シャワーヘッドがショボすぎるところ。切り替えがあっていいが、水量が少ないのと、部屋の洗面所も少し使いにくい。今回初めて夫も一緒に宿泊しましたが、バッチバチに凍った露天風呂で転んでしまって手を怪我してしまった。 本人の不注意でもあるが何かしらの対策が必要だと思う。高齢者や不自由な方だったらと思うと、、、ご検討ください。また遊びに行きます〜！"
