"Room was huge as with Ryokan style accommodation and generally clean, What great is the reservation system for onsen so you can have a private slot for yourself/family instead of the usually gender sharing arrangement. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to Yunotsubo Kaido and 5 minutes to the train station and Aeon supermart. Unlike some osen town eg. Hakone, there is plenty of food option at night."

Conversation between staff is relatively easy, but sometimes a translating app was needed depending on the staff. Despite that, the staff were understanding, kind and able to help me with any issues that occured."
