9.2/10 Wonderful! (586 reviews)
Stayed here as a family of 3 in September in a superior room. The hotel is located 10 minutes walk away from the Jewish quarter and around 30 minutes from the old town. The hotel is beautiful and staff are very helpful and speak very good English. We were lucky to check in early as our room was ready and wow it was so lovely. Very decent sized room with everything you’d need. Big bedroom with a king size bed and the living area had a double sofa bed already set up for us. Both very comfortable and plenty of space to move around and store luggage. We also had a kitchenette which was very handy and the bathroom is huge, bath, separate shower and a sink with a unit for extra storage. Plenty of towels provided. Breakfast was excellent also, plenty to choose from. We didn’t use the spa or gym so comment on that but we didn’t venture down to look and it was very clean. There’s public transport straight outside the building so very easy to get anywhere and very cheap. 0.80p for a 15 min ticket on the tram, old town only 5 stops away. There’s also a zabka (local shop) right next door and 2 more within a minutes walk. We felt very safe walking around all of krakow even at 11pm at night with a teenage daughter. We absolutely loved our stay and krakow is absolutely beautiful! When we return (most definitely will) then we would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much!
P.S thank you for the lovely fruit platter we received in our room for our anniversary!

9.8/10 Exceptional! (886 reviews)
A beautiful hotel in the Heart of Krakow, close to all the historical sites and a stones throw from the Castle.
We have had a wonderful stay at the Balthazar Design Hotel, everything was absolutely perfect, the staff were all super helpful and polite, the decor beautiful, and luxurious and we couldn’t have asked for more.
We ate dinner in the restaurant twice during our stay and the quality of the food was superb, we also had breakfast every morning at the hotel which was incredible.
Thank you to all the team at the Balthazar, we hope to return again one day.

8.4/10 Very good! (145 reviews)
"Pokój był czysty, łóżka wygodne, a personel bardzo miły i pomocny. W pokoju znajduje się czajnik, kawa i herbata. Śniadania pyszne, duży wybór i wszystko świeże. Myślę że każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Kącik dla dzieci na duży plus dla hotelu, można się napić kawy a dzieci mają zajęcie. Na przeciwko ..."
