"There was any access to the pool regardless of the season, the pool is pay per visit which doesn’t make sense. During the booking it says there’s pool access but does not mention that you have to pay to use the amenities. The cleaning staff were very friendly which I appreciated but the staff at front desk were not very helpful, I would say average service. "

"Building is old, not the greatest looking room but did its job. Things to do around the area are plentiful, local food businesses are amazing, staff was extremely helpful. Recommend this place for the price and location if you dont mind your stay. "

"Very close to shops and train station- great location Rooms spacious and tidy Check in process was horrible, no one was there to help check in and after a full day travelling we wanted to check into room this was at 6pm. Finally someone came to help after 30mins and asking a stranger to ring the phone number, not sure if this would happened if it was midnight .. "

"Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room and quiet neighborhood which I loved. Excellent location, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away, the hotel provides toiletries and tea and coffee. were amazing and the staff superb. Will definitely stay here again for sure whenever I visit Tokyo. Definitely a 5 + star hotel "

"Reasonably priced hotel in a cool area. Easy train connection to Shinjuku. Breakfast bagels are excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. The laundry was a bonus. "
