The location was perfect—just a 2-minute walk from the station, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and a refrigerator, which made it feel just like home. We had a very comfortable stay, and if we have the chance, we would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

An incredibly convenient place to stay. Train station is right next door! Place is a little tight and has low door frames (tall people have to duck to get through doorways) but overall a really good experience! Had a small problem with hot water but it was fixed immediately as soon as the management were made aware.

The apartment was extremely clean and staff were very accommodating. The location was excellent as it is right at Sasazuka train station. We are in Japan in very hot July so it was amazing to get off of the train and being immediately “home”. Even though the trains are nearby, the sound is not an issue. We did have some issues with the wifi dropping in and out however it wasn’t a huge problem overall. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Great location, close to subway and convenience stores. Suite had two separate sleeping rooms which is nice for a family. No complaints would stay here again for a trip to Tokyo!

Great location with lots of dining and transportation nearby. Quiet and lots of amenities. It is an apartment so there isn’t hotel staff but anytime you need anything they are available and responsive.

The hotel has a very good location, in front of the sasazuka train station, walking distance from supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, bakery and shopping. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. However, there is some wear and tear, some stains on the furniture, and the kitchenette is minimal. The pots need to be renewed. It is recommended to pre-check in.

We had a great stay here as a family of 4. Convenient, clean, and spacious as Tokyo hotel rooms go. And the staff went above and beyond in a situation where we caused a problem. We thought we had booked one more night and were out visiting sites. But our stay had expired and the staff couldn't reach us about checkout. They needed it cleaned for a new guest. So they packed up our stuff and stored it for us until we arrived later in the afternoon. And they were very understanding and nice after our mistake. We highly highly recommend this hotel.
