"Ekengard is the perfect place for an isolation into the wonderful nature of Sweden. The hosts were very kind and they have given us some very interesting instructions about the neighborhood. We have taken a route upon their recommendation into deep nature and saw a bobcat and a moose which was very exciting. We would love to go back there one day and stay longer. "

"Great location, near to a 7am-10pm supermarket. Also great with 24/7 access to guest kitchen and also coffee machine (press button with choice of coffee, hot water, hot chocolate, cafe latte etc) with take away cups! Great staff! Summertime can be a little loud at nights with street singing at nts nearby, but adds to experience. This summer (2025) was very hot and no air conditioner but wonderful staff provided a grrat fan!
