Staff was extremely helpful. We brought the wrong adapter and there are no USB ports in the room. A lovely staff member let us borrow her changer for the few days we were there instead of us having to go out a buy an adapter. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

It is filled with many antiques and oriental rugs, and while it could do with a bit of sprucing up, it is very comfortable and filled with a warm ambiance!
