Room was good enough of what I wanted, staff could be more welcoming, they could accommodate out of ordinary requests with more curtosy, simple things like an adaptor or helping me with a charger or guidance could have gone a long way !
1 lady however at the end of my stay early morning on my checkout was very helpful.

One staff person was quite nice and helpful. The others ranged from aloof to rudely dismissive. Dining staff need to improve hygiene awareness.
