The room was in a run down state (marks on the walls, dirty ventilation by the bed) but it was on a decent discount, so still a good value for money. The restaurant is pretty average and the lobby area is fine for waiting but not great for working as there is a hosting space right above it and it gets really noisy if there is an event happening there. Breakfasts are excellent, especially the a la carte orders. Unfortunately there was only one coffee machine in the breakfast area, and it was broken 2 out of 5 days I stayed there. At one end of the Royal Route… near the town square… multiple restaurants… as well as transportation The check in was quick and efficient… staff was pleasant. The room was small but cozy… a lot of character. In my room at least, temperature control was controlled by the hotel. I traveled during a cold period and was comfortable.
