The hospitality of the Hotel was exceptional. Everyone at the reception was extremely helpful, kind and anticipatory. The restaurant is mediocre. However the location of the Hotel on Grodzka loans itself to wealth of delicious food choices. My favorite is Huma.

Good location next to old square. Room spacious and clean. Beds a bit hard. Bathroom very nice. Tea making facilities including milk. Drinks in reception area. Breakfast basic continental. Staff helpful at sorting restaurant bookings and taxis etc

Great location to explore Krakow. Room had air conditioning and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel does have a small elevator which was appreciated after days of walking. Would highly recommend staying if in Krakow.
