WOW what a beautiful hotel. In the old town of Split, around one of many winding cobbled street corners. A very welcoming outside, with multiple outside stone steps. Beautiful reception along with 2 elevated decking seated areas and 1 other. We went on the 28th September 2025 for 3 nights. The weather was in the 20’s whilst we were there. We arrived just after 12pm and we were lucky to have our room ready for us. We were checked in quickly and we were greeted with a friendly and warm welcome. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there are lots of places to eat in Split. The hotel has very much the old town look with lots of attention to detail. With a modern twist for the key-pads on the door and lights on the stairs. We stayed in room 305. Lovely high ceiling, with the bedside lamps on as we entered giving a very warm welcome. I won’t spoil the theme of the furniture but it is plumbing related. Lovely bathroom, decent sized shower cubicle with a large ceiling shower head with good pressure and heat. In the room was a small fridge to use, which was an added bonus. Toiletries in bathroom and tea, coffee and herbal tea, cups and kettle also in the room. Along with air conditioning. The hotel is only a few minutes to the nearest eatery / shop. Yet the area of the hotel is quiet during the day and during the night. Excellent hotel and staff. Great location, benefiting from Split's historic Diocletian Palace.

Great breakfast with lots of options and helpful staff

Best location on the beach and only 5-10min drive to city centre . Very clean and spacious rooms and great buffet breakfast
