"had a fantastic stay at the Costa Maya Hotel. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. The pool was clean and relaxing—perfect for cooling off and unwinding. Special thanks to Gina, who really made my experience memorable with her warm and attentive service. She also helped arrange a boat tour that ended up being a real highlight of the trip—super enjoyable and very affordable. I also enjoyed a few cocktails during my stay—they were well made and added to the relaxing vibe. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Costa Maya!"

"Excellent from start to finish I loved it The staff so good and polite from the reception to the dinning area and all around the resort The food was so good and fresh and different variety everyday Also the have a burger and pizza place which is opened during the day The pool was so clean and the deck chairs excellent condition My room was cleaned daily I had all inclusive They let me use all the facilities after check out aswell as my flight was later on in the evening I would recommend this And I would definatley book again Once again Thankyou for your hospitality "

": Stunning Views but Service Needs Improvement We recently stayed in the sea view suite, which was impressive with its two huge terraces—one off the sitting room and another off the bedroom—offering a breathtaking view of the sea. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to our experience. However, the service was disappointingly slow. It often took longer than expected to receive any service, which affected our overall enjoyment of the stay. Additionally, the prices seemed overrated for the quality and speed of service provided. While the views and room were wonderful, the value for money didn’t quite meet our expectations. If you’re looking for a place with great views and can overlook the service delays, this might be worth considering. Otherwise, you might want to weigh the pros and cons."
