We found everything at the property excellent. Danielle met us and explained all we needed to know, she was always friendly, approachable and gave us lots of information about the local area and Dubrovnik. Thank you Danielle and all the rest of the staff we met. If there was anything we would have changed it would have been to have cotton top sheets on the beds as well as the coverings provided. Would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Lucas!

Lovely little find
A lovely few days in this apartment. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, little kitchen with fridge, small but lovely little pool. Danielle was so friendly and gave us bus times and helped with all our questions. Supermarket only 5 minutes walk away and small restaurant and bar a little further down the road. 10 mins walk into Cavtat down the hill but a tough walk back up. There is a bus though if you don’t want to walk. Good value

Irene is a lovely host. We got in late and the shop across the way was closed. She brought us tea, milk, and biscuits. Just wish we had had more time to enjoy the premises.

The property is very nice and clean and the room spacious with a nice terrace. The kitchen is small but efficient and there is a shared kitchen as well as laundry available on Level 1 of the building. The gym with aerobic machines and weights was a treat not often found in non-hotel properties. The outdoor space including pool and hot tub was nice but unfortunately was posted to close at 7pm. The hot tub was lukewarm and was only hot enough to enjoy on the last evening of our 4 night stay. Note that there is no elevator and luggage may need to be carried up several flights of stairs depending on the location of the room. Parking is on site. Three things are beyond the control of the property owner but may affect the decision to choose this property: 1. To get to shopping and restaurants in the village of Cavtat involves a 10-15 minute walk down and back up a very step hill with a number of stairs; this may be a challenge for the very young or very old or the less physically fit. 2. There is construction on a road right in front of the property and a multi-story building across the street which is part of the view when you look out to the blue Aegean Sea from the terrace. During our 4 days we didn't see much work going on but there is heavy equipment and several workers came and went causing additional traffic and noise in the area. 3. The property is in the flight path of the Dubrovnik airport and dozens of planes go over each day with associated jet noise.

Really good experience at Villa Luka's and highly recommend. I stayed in the two bed apartment accommodation. It’s very clean, staff are lovely, and outdoor space/gym is good. The airport transport was the cherry on the cake. The Villa is also located a good distance away from the hustle and bustle of centre with a local supermarket extremely close nearby. I would stay again.

We found Villa Luka to be absolutely the perfect spot to stay for our Croatia vacation. The building is new, gorgeous, immaculate and has everything one would need for a self-catering stay. The owners are outstanding and incredibly attentive. Our housekeeper was amazing and so very sweet. We would highly recommend Villa Lukas for a stay in Cavtat. I love this hotel! It’s location is excellent, a short walk to the bus stop and port, where I can catch a bus or a boat to Dubrovnik old city. The bed is comfortable. The host Luka is very accommodating. He even has a fancy coffee machine for the guests where you can make different kinds of coffee.

The hotel is very nice. Good location (close to the bus stop to Dubrovnik and five minutes walk to the dock, where you can catch a boat to the old city.) The host Luka and his wife are both so kind! They helped me call the local agency to figure out about the pickup location of my day trips. This was really helpful. For this I am so grateful!

We were so excited to stay at Villa Luka's for our last night in Croatia and were SO disappointed. The first issue that was not disclosed was that there is massive construction on the block of a new high rise building right next door. The view off of the balcony was of a large pit, concrete, piles of soil, construction vehicles and then the Adriatic. Had we arrived during the daytime, I can only imagine the construction noise. This is a huge project, easily it will continue for many months, if not years, to come. This should be disclosed to anyone considering a stay here and factored into the price.Also, we chose Villa Luka's expressly for the hot tub. We arrived at 4, went to have dinner, and when we returned, we discovered the hot tub and pool area closed at 7. This was the one luxury we splurged for our entiretrip and we were very disappointed. Had we chosen Villa Luka's for the pool (we didn't because it was April, and we knew it was unlikely to be warm enough) we would also have been disappointed, because, although pretty, it is extremely small. As in, maybe three people could splash a few inches away from each other small. It also closes at 7:00. The room was clean and new, and the beds were comfortable with nice linens. The hallways of the building were pretty as well, although unattractive items like cribs, brooms and mops were one every landing and detracted from any feeling of luxury. It was by far the most disappointing stay we had in our travels.

The owner of the facility was very accommodating to us. There was a lot of construction going on at the time, but helped us find a parking spot. The apartments were very new and parking was available. Cavtat was a short walk down a hill and stairs while you are also only a few minutes away from the airport.

Lukas was a great host, really welcoming and friendly. The property was lovely; pristine clean, good quality fittings, and all in great condition. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, and kitchen with its honesty box coffee machine. As a bonus, artwork filled the place as his wife is an artist and has her studio downstairs. Easy to get into Dubrovnik by boat or bus, but Cavtat is worth hanging out in too. And there’s a small supermarket nearby, for self catering. All good!

5 star location, facilities and service. We have just returned from 5 days at Apartments Villa Luca’s - Everything was top notch from the complementary airport transfers through to the on-site facilities and the personal service from both Luca and Irena - Especially the service when one of our party had to be admitted to hospital while we were there. The apartments are exceptionally clean and well appointed with all you need during your stay and the supermarket just down the road is really handy. I fully recommend you consider staying here for your stay in Cavtat.

This is a very nice location a few miles from Dubrovnic old town. There is a ferri that is 5 minutes walk that will take you to old town Dubrovnic and you are 5 minutes away by car.

We travel a lot (even during covid times) and this is one of the loveliest places we have stayed in. Luka and his team are great, friendly and helpful without being too intrusive. The Studios and apartments are very clean and modern and the pool and terraces are lovely and were not busy at all in September. Its such a peaceful location, yet you are 10minutes down the hill to beautiful Cavtat (its an easy walk down) and if you are not too mobile just get a taxi back its cheap!! We loved the honesty bar, use of pool towels, umbrellas by the door (for the one thunderstorm we had!) the amazing views and just everything about Villa Luka - 1st class accommodation. highly recommend this place. Very grateful for the early check in and late check out too!! Thanks to all at Villa Lukas
