Nikos Country House - Five Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 11

In the region of Konavle, south of Dubrovnik in a peaceful rural area dotted with small traditional villages and quite a few farms, is located the traditionally built holiday villa, Nikos Country house. The original property was lovingly restored to create a very comfortable holiday villa which is divided into two adjoining units. Each maisonette has it’s own front door so is ideal for extended family or two families travelling together, with both leading out onto the lovely shaded terrace, barbecue and pool area and are surrounded by a gorgeous enclosed garden with many fruit trees.The upper floor of the main house is accessed by a spiral staircase but can also be accessed by the external steps. Just outside the small village of Zastolje in a beautiful rural location, the surrounding area offers excellent restaurants cooking local dishes with local produce and you can even join horse riding excursions in this area as well as only being a short drive from the coast. Dubrovnik itself is just 30 minutes drive away and the seaside resort of Cavtat just 15 minutes away. 
The spiral staircase that leads from the ground floor to upper level (interior) on one side of this villa now has a barrier on the outer side of the steps and is not open as shown in our photos – however the gaps are still quite large and therefore this area may be more suitable for families with older children. 

This property contains large gaps in the internal Staircase railings. Please ensure children remain supervised at all times.
