It's very convenient, close to the Wall. The view is gorgeous. Inside is very clean and nicely decorated. The checkin is easy. Very nice stay for us.

Lovely stay ! Clean, comfortable and spacious studio apartment was perfect for my husband and I. The host Petar was amazing and helped us organize tours , laundry and kept our suitcases safe when we had to checkout but had no where to leave them before our flight. Really accommodating . The location is a 10 min walk from the main strip and 2 mins away is the most secluded beautiful beach !

Residence Alpha is a wonderful seaside getaway that is only 10 minutes away from the airport and 30 minutes from Dubrovnik. Petar is a gracious host who made our stay truly memorable with recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The apartments look out to the sea and down to the nearby port town. There is a small pool and access to a great little swimming beach. Just be aware that the apartments are up several flights of stairs, so be prepared to get your steps in.

Wow, Cavat is beautiful
We enjoyed our stay very much, however, there are a lot of stairs & the art work in the room wasn’t our favorite style, but Peter made our stay very nice

We had a wonderful family stay at this fabulous apartment complex offering wonderful sea views across the bay. The air condition apartment featured a well furnished lounge and kitchen area as well as a master bedroom and bathroom with excellent shower. We all enjoyed cooling off in the pool although we swam in the sea daily as the beach is just a five minute walk away. The host Peter was incredibly hospitable and attentive and we will certainly be back.

Nice stay, great town
The apartment was modern and comfortable. Peter was a great host and really cares for the complex and his town. There is parking on site, it’s just a little tight but very doable. Cavtat is a great place to stay outside of Dubrovnik, really has every you would want at a ocean town.

There is nothing nearby and it is a decent walk to get to any beach or any restaurants. I had to fight to get towels.

Amazing sea view from the property and kids loved the quiet pool. Only 10 mins to airport. There is a steep walk from parking area and lots of steps to the room which we weren't expecting. Lovely 15min walk to restaurants in evening. Host was friendly and knowledgable. The property from a far and in pictures looks lovely. Closeup, water damage to the bedroom, ants in kitchen and bathroom, no supplies like basic tea, coffee and shower gel like any of the other apartments we stayed in. The room was a lot smaller than I expected.

The apartment is spacious and modern. The views of the Adriatic Sea, town, & sunset AMAZING. Petar was also a friendly, helpful host.

A lovely place to stay. A nice bit away from the main town but close enough that we could walk everywhere! Host Petar was excellent, he was there enough if you needed anything but also gave you enough space to do your own thing! 10/10 would recommend!

I loved how modern and up to date the apt was, I will say there are so many stairs I was not expecting, which made getting our luggage up to the apt a bit difficult but overall I loved the experience!

This property was breathtaking, the views were unbeatable and a walking distance to the beach. Will warn you that there is a hill and lots of steps to get to your residency. Peter was very helpful and kind.

Great location, awesome views. Small details need fixed. No bread knife, no spatula, hot tub not working, messy around the pool area, microwave missing, not enough pillows or blankets, Wi-Fi spotty. Overall still a great place to stay.

Apartment 5B. Modern new construction with kitchen/4 people dining/sitting area with sofa, sofa chair separate large bathroom, and bedroom with a door. Excellent sea view from large glass ceiling to ground windows, nice sitting arranged on terrace. Parking on the lower level leaves 50-70 steps to climb with luggage! Microwave is nicely placed, but not plugged!

This unit was VERY clean, as if we may have been some of the first people to stay there! The views and the balcony were amazing. The unit was much larger than other ones we stayed in, in the same price range. Would definitely stay here again.

The view of the Adriatic Sea from our apartment was spectacular. The apartment was spacious and the bed was super comfy. Linens were a mystery to us but we adapted.

We had a great couple of weeks
In a lovely quite area of cavtat, about a 15 minute walk to the centre, a lot of steps up to it, so hope your fit, petar the caretaker was fabulous, nothing too much trouble and very helpful and always around for guests, kitchen could have had a few more cups and glasses but overall apartment clean and spacious enough, some nice restaurants on this side of cavtat to explore

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a sea view. Yes, the apartment was at the top of a short steep slope and some steps and yes, there were some building works underway near the property but this did not distract from a large, clean apartment, modernly furnished with an amazing view. The short walk along the promenade was beautiful with lots of bars and tavernas along the way. Petar was very helpful and couldn't do any more for us. All in all, we had a brilliant break!
