Steigenberger Inselhotel
Historical site with beautiful grounds and interior spaces. Right on the lake with views of harbor and neighborhoods. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Restaurant was quite good

Hotel Constantia
Excellent choice for short stay in Konstanz. Quiet pedestrian area on edge of old town 10 mins from station. Rooms not spacious but well equipped with draw and hanging space. Inclusion of breakfast a bonus but plenty of excellent bakeries/cafes around. Well pleased with our choice.

Hotel am Fischmarkt
After a week and a half of staying in chain hotels, this was a refreshing and charming change. It's in a very old building but the rooms are clean and modern. The single room with a private bathroom had a very small toilet, but apart from that it is excellent.
