Good stay at this hotel but quite old, I was expecting a bit more as it is Crowne Plaza hotel. Nice pool with close proximity to the beach, I was hoping that hotel will have umbrellas by the beach but unfortunately none if it. Breakfast was good lots of selection and you can walk around with choices of different restaurants.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, though a bit small, but perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Next to the sea which was a bonus as well!

All receptions stuff were excellent a good example Mr. Corcomas was kind enough to help me change the room because of upstairs noises and he actually offered me a free breakfast for the rest of my stay instead of refunding me for a lower rate room which was a very excellent choice. The porters were amazing and beyond belief especially Muhmet. Planning your trip and having the best offers from the hotels public relations was an excellent idea and the person who made it possible for us right from the beginning of our transfer to our hotel till the very end of our travel his name is Bilal Waziry he was kind enough to give us the best offers for the land of legends and other tourists attractions, he’s very flexible person intelligent and calm for any uncomfortable situation to be solved. To be honest I cannot find any reason for me not to stay at the Crowne Plaza beautiful atmosphere beautiful design lovely seen to wake up in the morning but the only thing that would make me think twice to stay there is the noises that comes from The Roof club? And still as soon as you pick up the phone to complain about it the club will be informed and you will hear the difference so my compliments to The Crowne Plaza team Management.

The hotel was nice and clean, right by the beach. Beautiful view from the small balcony. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. Large swimming pool. I liked the rooftop restaurant - the atmosphere there was really nice, with a great view, live music, and cocktails. The rooms need some updates, though. Also, when we arrived at the hotel, no staff came to greet us or help with our luggage. That said, I would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Crown Plaza Antalya Hotel, Staff are amazing nice very helpful, and very welcoming, they deliver to our room platter of fruit at our arrival, and a big cake few days after to celebrate our marriage anniversary and also breakfast take away on our departure day as we left early in the morning, the hotel has a splendid on the sea and swimming pool. We enjoyed jacuzzi in our room it was a very nice surprise as we didn't know before our arrival. Definitely we do all we can to come back with our kids. Thank you for everything.

Excellent location and beautiful lounge and reception are. Sea facing and good area to enjoy good walks. Rim, the Manager was very helpful and arranged a tour for us within a short time. Negatives are the bathroom was very old and needs refurbishment. Vegetarian options in breakfast buffet were limited, expected some cakes and muffins, Also, it was not a pleasant experience seeing cats running around the breakfast restaurant area.

The Mountain View’s and the beach was the best aspect of the hotel. The hotel itself seemed a bit dated. My worst experience about the hotel was the heat upon entering the building. The heat hits you and there is no air conditioning in the foyer/reception. The AC was also not good in the room. I had to call for an engineer who replaced the filter but even then it wasn’t as cool as one would expect. Food was mediocre. It would have been nice if there was a buffet option and if dinner could be served beyond 9pm.

Nice hotel despite bar music nearby

I stayed at the Grand Plaza and was genuinely impressed. The hotel itself is beautiful, with an elegant interior and a wide range of facilities—including even a hairdresser on-site. Everything inside the hotel was clean, stylish, and well-maintained. The highlight for me was the staff—they were exceptionally friendly and truly made my stay enjoyable. One standout moment was when I returned my hire car and a concierge kindly collected it for me at the car park, which I thought was a lovely touch. The only downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, was the noise from a nearby bar. Loud music played until around 1 a.m., which could be a disturbance for light sleepers. Perhaps some additional soundproofing could help in the future. That said, if you can tolerate a bit of nighttime noise, this is a fantastic hotel with top-tier service. I’d definitely recommend it, especially thanks to the wonderful team working there.

Good location, lovely pool, comfortable rooms, lovely view form the room, easy access to beach and good quality breakfast. Check-in took nearly an hour. We were bit early but we had informed beforehand. When we got the rooms they were still not ready. Power-cut happened one night and no support was provided during that time. No update or apology was provided during or after the power-cut. I would expect hotel of this quality to have some form of backup supply for electricity.

I recently stayed here for 2 nights. While the location and amenities were decent, I found that the hotel didn't quite live up to its 5-star rating. Pros: - The breakfast was a highlight with a wide variety of options, which I really appreciated. - The hotel staff were generally friendly and accommodating. Cons: - The rooms and bathrooms were outdated, more in line with what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. - The hair dryer in our room wasn’t working. After a technician came to check it, he claimed it was fine, but it stopped working again shortly after. I had to take a photo of the broken wire and show it to the reception to get it fixed properly. - The bathroom had several issues: mold and water damage on the door frame, an old tub with paint stains/scratches, and a sink and design that felt very outdated. - The room wasn’t what I expected from a 5-star hotel—more attention to maintenance and renovation is needed. In conclusion, while the location and breakfast were solid, the condition of the rooms and bathrooms really let the experience down. If you’re expecting a luxury experience, I would recommend looking for a place with more modern amenities and updated interiors

Room 812 (Junior Suite Side sea View) has everything a 4-star hotel should have. Nothing beyond that. Just the bare minimum. In my opinion, room 812 was spacious but mediocre. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell, and one of the showers didn't work. The restaurant menu is limited, bland, oily, and overpriced. You're not allowed to bring in outside food. So you either eat their junk food or go out to eat. If you want a quiet place to sleep, this isn't the hotel for you, as there are bars across the street that play loud music until late at night. But if you don't mind the noise, it shouldn't be a problem. The morning reception is good and helpful. The evening reception is substandard. Pretending not knowing English when initially they do, and the other (I forget his name) seemed stressed, frustrated, and trying to start an argument while trying to correct a poorly written bill. The payment system for room service, laundry, and the restaurant is 0-star, as they rush you through the bill and ask you to sign papers for paying with a card not requiring a pin. The same person correcting the bill told me that guests run away without paying and that I may not pay it later or "I might forget it,” which later he apologized for, saying it was just a joke. It's truly embarrassing. Please respect guests; they are not friends or acquaintances. The staff should conduct themselves professionally. The jokes you made can be not funny for some people. Overall, my impression of this hotel is
