Hotel service, cleanliness, water slides are excellent. If you are the type of person that you like go out and explore where you are including local areas markets restaurants then it won’t be the right location for you. This is nothing to do with hotel. As I mentioned earlier the hotel is spot on.

As a family with a young daughter, we thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, food, and variety of activities available. The shuttle service to the private beach was quick and frequent, making it easy to get around. The beach area was spacious, with plenty of room for all holidaymakers, and featured several pools, a children’s water area, and snacks, drinks, and ice cream available until 5 pm. You definitely get great value for money—and more! The food selection was incredible—we found ourselves eating throughout the day. There were lots of British guests who were friendly and welcoming, alongside people from many different cultures and backgrounds, which created a lovely atmosphere.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. We were two families and asked for rooms next to each other’s which was provided. A nice travel cot was also added for our child. The variety of food and desserts were very generous. Having Fresh grilled fish, ice cream, cocktails were bonus. I do recommend this hotel for a family holiday.

Family holiday

Lovely hotel, great for families and small children in terms of the pool facilities. Good slides. Nice beach area and evening entertainment . Great activity team, engaging with all and good games. Beds super comfy and lovely walk in showers. Staff go above and beyond to help Food was ok, this is personal choice though, variety but at times cold , fresh fruits and ice creams in abundance . Food was better at the water park though, burgers, chicken and rice and jacket potatoes daily Nice Starbucks on ground floor serving selective drinks , was never to busy for us Bus to water park works really well, never waited more than 5-8 mins for it to come and if want to walk takes 5 mins.

Along as you are happy to stay in the resort and eat eat the same food options daily you will be happy. Staff service is really good, the spa was delightful and Starbucks is a bonus at the resort. Taxi's are so expensive if you want venture out of the resort Uber does not work and it seems like the hotel work with the taxi companies and charge extra. I enjoyed my stay but I did nt enjoy the food options but I did venture out to land of legends and spend whole day there at a cost of 50 euros pick and drop off from the hotel. Was worth the money for me as it was a must see place especially in the night with all the lights.

I enjoyed most of my stay except the few items listed below 1. The room was not clean on our arrival. The shower was leaking and we had to ask the staff to fix it. The cleaners did not clean to a high level, i have two young children and it was not a nice experience. The room itself seems very old and not what the pictures looked like. 2. Limited dinning options in the buffet, they had the same food everyday, the only thing i noticed that would change is the food on the terrace in the evening. Overall the experience was good. The kids enjoyed the water park alot. I would probably not visit here again and would try a different resort.

Pros: The hotel entertainment by the pool is really nice, super fun, the staff bring the energy! Rose (one of the ladies super sweet lady) and love the DJ at the main pool! Cocktails are amazing they will make strong if you ask. Buffet had lots of variety but honestly the fries were the best as they were super fresh and the panga fish outside - would suggest to try! Mandarin for A la carte was amazing - super super tasty food. The hotel itself is beautiful, busy and the spa is also amazing. Had 3 amazing massages Where I felt much lighter and less tense after. Cons: The female staff at the reception have a very unnerving (false) smile and greeting. Did not feel like female staff at reception were genuine and had good hospitality skills. First night we were booked into the same room even though we had separate rooms - but we were offered a complimentary Cabana and A la carte. But have not experienced Overbooking in a hotel before which was a bit of an inconvenience and not something you would expect from a 5* resort - nevertheless we agreed to stay in the same room for night 1 and were given two separate pool view rooms. We were happy with the Cabana and A La Carte so this was a nice gesture on the hotels part. Overall, was a lovely resort and happy to have experienced Aska Lara but would stay elsewhere if I were to visit Antalya in future.

Hotel is nice . Only problem we had was we didn’t get the room we booked and told they didn’t do two single beds in one room only to discover they did . Rooms weren’t cleaned properly.balcony door was broken didn’t shut properly.When enquiring about options and things to do Some staff were very rude . Food options were not that great on some nights. Constant pressure from vendors to have extra services and trying to push their sales onto you
