This was our second stay at IC Hotels Green Palace, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and overall, everything was excellent. When I mentioned that it was my son’s birthday, the team told me they would arrange a cake and decorate our room, and they did exactly that. It was a lovely gesture and made his birthday feel extra special. The food was another highlight, with a huge variety every day. There were always plenty of options, even for picky eaters, which makes a big difference when traveling as a family. For families with young children, one thing to keep in mind is that this is a very large resort, so there can be quite a bit of walking between the rooms and the different amenities. One suggestion would be to have a prayer room somewhere centrally located within the hotel. Given the size of the property and the distance between some rooms and the main facilities, this would be very convenient, especially for guests who have already checked out but have a late flight and are spending several more hours at the hotel. We also noticed that the resort was quite crowded during our stay at the end of September, which we didn’t really expect for that time of year. Overall, this was another excellent stay. Coming back for a second time and having another positive experience says a lot. We really appreciated the hospitality, the food, and the service, and we would happily recommend IC Hotels Green Palace.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and fell well below our expectations. **The biggest problem is definitely the food.** The food is generally tasteless, poorly cooked and lacks variety. Although the buffet may initially appear to offer plenty of options, there is actually very little worth eating. The entire kitchen operation seriously needs to be reviewed and improved. There were also numerous issues with service and attention to detail. Baked potatoes (kumpir) were never available, and the waffle machine was out of order. The water used to keep the tea warm had gone cold, and nobody bothered to replace it. Juice had been spilled on the floor and was left unattended. These may seem like small details, but collectively they reflect a serious lack of care and management. The cocktails were extremely mediocre. There were only two positive highlights: the lovely lady making gözleme, who was excellent, and the Mixology Bar, which was noticeably better than the rest of the hotel's food and beverage offerings. The so-called "Vitamin Bar" was particularly disappointing. It was simply three juice dispensers placed inside the gym. Calling this a vitamin bar is quite misleading. **The activities and entertainment are very limited**, with very little to do throughout the day. Staff generally seem uninterested and inattentive, and the front desk staff in particular were quite rude and unwelcoming. The rooms are poorly soundproofed.

Positives: beautiful outdoor area and a lot of greenery. Tasty food although variety is less than previously visited resorts. Plenty of activities to do especially for kids. Very beautiful path to the beach which is clean and lively . Negatives: no food options between 16.00-19.00, only room service which was a bad experience taste wise. The curtains in our room felt a bit old and dirty. One window was broken allowing mosquitoes to enter the room. Many amongst the personal did not speak or understand English. No hand sanitizer in the main restaurant which should be essential for ensuring hygiene. The stay is relatively expensive compared to other comparable resorts

Stay here was lovely. The rooms were clean. The pool area calm and relaxing. Drinks were lovely. The only pain point was the restaurant where it became hectic and painful to get a table and eat. I also developed food poisoning on my last day. Such a shame when the holiday was fabulous.
